"Lubbock TX and some of the hotels can be rough and dirty. Not so with this property. Clean and fresh. Yes, it’s immediately adjacent to the highway, but it seems sound abatement (at least on the front of the hotel facing the highway) was a focus during construction. The landscaping at any property is Lubbock is a significant, if not an impossible challenge. So a small negative on this one element. The ‘free’ breakfast was adequate. The staff polite, helpful and available. "
