"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "The house is even better than it looks in the photos, and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything needed and we were able to rustle up some home cooked meals on the rare days we did not visit the excellent restaurants in Criccieth. The location really is perfect, with so much in the immediate area to do, just allow a little more time to do journeys to account for the slower average traffic speeds on the roads :) it was great having the owner near by, and she was able to help with...

"The property was lovely, just a few issues with phone numbers which are not available and the rubbish, if there was a sheet with bin empty info and proper coloured bin and boxes then people could put the bins out , the rubbish was mounting up from previous guests. Some of the places to visit need updating assome no longer open as a cafe. There is no visitor book to sign when leaving as it says in the leaflets, but other than these problems we had a great time"

Vanuit de cottage verschillende activiteiten mogelijk (wandelen, MTB-en, verschillende bezienswaardigheden). en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep erg prettig."

"This is a fantastic property for a large group. We were a group of work colleagues staying for a retreat weekend. The location is excellent and very relaxing. The house itself is very clean and is gorgeously decorated. The communication with the property manager was excellent throughout our stay and they were always on hand to help should we need it. "Lovely property in a fantastic location for beaches and walking straight from the door. We took all 3 parts for 18 adults, it was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The only sadness was that the pub next door has closed its doors and the nearest options were a drive away. Otherwise a wonderful stay."
