"I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's...

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage had plenty of room for 4 plus a dog. it felt very homely and had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a well equipped kitchen. "The mornings were absolutely beautiful to see from the large front windows. Wild & domestic life (rabbits, so many birds, alpacas, horses, a pony, & a positively awesome dog) were very welcome, & all served to make the experience perfect. The host-provided a book of annotated walking trail printouts which fueled our days. Evenings were cozy in the upstairs with the provided furniture, blankets, & pillows. "Warm, cozy and spacious cottage. Spoilt by the comfortable queen sized bed and super soft duvet and pillows. Beautifully decorated throughout which made the cottage delightful and homely. Contained everything we needed-thanks for the board games which we used most nights."

"They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay. Ps the pics don’t give the cottage justify...

"Lovely comfortable modern property, good location, good value. Thoughtful gifting of card, flowers, milk, eggs, bread and butter on arrival including dog accessories if appropriate. The only drawback was the TV - slow and temperamental, frustrating and became almost unwatchable."

"Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. We hope to go back again soon when the weather is better.Thank you Christina for making us so welcome we really appreciate it."

The farmhouse kitchen has a ten seater dining table, range cooker and American fridge freezer. The separate utility room has ample hanging space for outdoor coats, washing machine, tumble dryer and drinks fridge plus an adjoining shower room/loo.

"2 families with pre teens and teens. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was cosy and we had everything we needed. The hosts and caretaker were very helpful as well. Lots to do in the area and a very detailed guide is provided in the house. Thank you! "

"The cottage smelt damp and mouldy and there were a lot of spider and cobwebs on arrival. A previous guest had noted the same. The cottage is well equipped `and in a quiet location next to and unused, overgrown bridal way which is used to access the property. 15 minute drive to Newgale beach. We had a nice barbecue in the garden."

"Well we can find nothing negative to say about this holiday home - even if we wanted to !! Equipped to the highest standard and fantastic attention to detail in terms of decor and comfort and facilties. The beds are comfy , plenty of hot water for either bathing or showering and superbly equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which is really important if you are walking in the wet and mud . The location is perfect too with a 15 minute walk to Porthgain where there is some excellent bar...

"Angle Adventures and the village has almost everything you need for a family stay at the beach. The house is nice and well equiped. There are coastal walks, a nice beach and a village pub. Great surf nearby at Freshwater West. The only downside is that stores are 25 minutes away in Pembroke. Plan ahead and you'll have a great stay."
