"Really good value for money, a whole apartment very central to bars and restaurants. Staff were fabulous. Pillows quite firm and noisy outside but that can’t be helped it was Saturday night! Very good, would recommend but maybe not for babies or small children. Small car park, handy with a secure barrier. Apartments down to the right on the photo. Opposite bars and eateries. "

"I booked this hotel for the convenience to the Music Hall in Union St. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, it was fine but hardly deluxe. The floor lamp and the lamp on the desk did not work, there was a hole in the white window covering and a brown stain on the carpet beside the table/2 chairs. Did enjoy the breakfast. Would stay again but nice if these wee niggles were sorted as part of routine maintenance."

"We had a good stay in a deluxe room. We stayed 2 nights and only interacted with 3 members of the staff - reception, bar and breakfast staff who just told us to pick a table and help ourselves. The deluxe room was spacious with lovely shower and bathroom but could have done with extra touches eg hooks for towels and robes by the shower, tissues, toiletries and adequate supply of loo roll. Not sure about housekeeping as the only indication they had been was the towels were folded in the bathroom,...
