"Excellent location. Quiet when we arrived most shops were closed, must have been the very beginning of the holiday season. It got busier over the weekend as the shops opened up. Lots of sandy beach at low tide but none at high tide: check the times before you book if beach time is what you want. Plenty to do around the area: cycling, steam train, medieval towns and of course restaurants.
