They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "Parking at this place was difficult, as the desk clerk did not give me the proper information that there was an additional parking area which was not sign posted. But what I really didn't like is that I wrote to the hotel manager about this, and she hasn't yet replied. This is a bad sign! In addition, as the hotel is located very close to the port, trucks can idle just outside the back of the hotel while waiting to clear customs. This is really annoying, but the hotel cannot do anything about it, or so I was told. We would definitely not stay at this property again. No way. "

"great space!!! very quiet, free parking, cozy bed. perfect for a night stay over before flying out of CPH. only downside was a fly in my room that was easily shooed out, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. and breakfast was delicious! 9.5/10 all around."

"The room was so tiny and there was virtually no storage space. Also quite warm in admittedly warm weather - the small fan was not adequate. Very limited (paid) parking. BUT our hosts were excellent as was the breakfast and the place was very clean. "

"Everything is wonderful about this hotel, except the room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us an ac adapter to charge our phones until we bought one. The hotel fits the area perfectly and is very close to everything. It was beautiful. Be sure to stop by the tavern next door and the ferry to Bornholm was extremely fun too. However, the room is tiny and quite stuffy with a bad odor from the bathroom that we could never find nor eliminate. The shower was the smallest that I've ever used, but that was somewhat charming. The bed was uncomfortable too. Having said that, I recommend staying here as part of the Ystad experience (which is incredible). "
