"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"

"We loved this place. It was difficult to find at first but once there, it was lovely. The property is incredibly beautiful and the room was espacious and very clean. Who doesn't want to wake up with a view of the Toscana. We went for dinner at a town 10 min away called San Quirico and it was stuning. It was a shame our trip was so short. I'd definitelly go back for a longer stay."

"Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away! The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had a crib on our room for our baby, the bed was AMAZING, and the toilettries.. well.. the best ever, i´ll dream of that basil shampoo...

"It was great experience with this property. Coming quite late it was difficult to find. As we arrived we were offered dinner for reasonable price and since we did not feel going back to town we accepted. Oh my God, that turned out really special dinner next to fire place in rustic surrounding, with three course plentiful, tasty meal and cake and their wine included. We felt like kings. In the morning we strolled along beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and cosy, rustic and beautiful....

"We were treated at best as an annoyance and at worst as garbage. How hard is it to get wine in a place like this? Quite hard as it turns out. And don't you dare bring in another label of wine! I was personally yelled at by two women who work there because I asked to borrow a corkscrew. Otherwise, our door lock was broken but the room was clean and there was a lovely view. "The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!"
