"I missed the small letters telling me that I needed to contact the hotel to tell when I expected to be there (in previous cases I've received an e-mail, with that particular question so it was hard to miss). We ended up outside the hotel with no one there to receive us. After a confusing phone call we could use a room with a kitchen that was open instead, but he wanted 50 euros more for it. "Our family really enjoyed staying in Dominique's apartment. The apartment was very clean and the location was an easy walk to town or the train station. Everyone really liked staying here. There was a little confusion on check in but everything worked out great. The only surprise was no bathroom towels. Luckily we had our travel towels. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Saint Jean Pied de Port. Thank you Dominique."

"Beautiful rural property about a five minute drive away from Saint Jean Pied de Port. Clean and comfortable. Jean is a wonderful host, very helpful and gracious. Highly recommended. The view of the mountains is unbelievable!"
