"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. "The property owners were very inaccessible. I erroneously booked a different date while trying to extend and I lost almost $100 to this property, even when I indicated interest in using the money for an additional date. The location was also a bit lonely and scary at night. There was this noise from the upper floor of the room that was very disturbing"

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."
