"This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. The will tow you away if you overstay. "

"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"The best part it had a washing machine. Worst part on technically 3rd floor, no elevator, very narrow staircase barely wide enough to carry a small suitcase. I ended falling climbing up because my suitcase got cought up on the bannister. The floor was not very clean and the linnens and bedsheets smelled like mildew. It was about 20 minutes on the bus from Brussels central but the busses are not very regular. I stayed there for a week."

"Olivier and his family were amazing and helped us settle in after a long travel day. The place was clean and well set up. The location was central to everything we wanted to see while in Belgium. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Nach 8 Stunden Fahrt waren wir erstmal zu erschöpft um die Mängel zu bemerken. Dann kamen die Kopfschmerzen, es roch so extrem nach Farben und Lösemittel, dass meine Frau über Migräne und Übelkeit klagte. Wir wollten uns schlafen legen, da viel uns die Tür in einen nebenraum auf. Es steckte ein Schlüssel von der anderen Seite, sodass jederzeit jemand in unser Schlafzimmer hätte kommen können. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Die kleinen Mängel erscheinen schon fast lächerlich wenn man daruber...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Schaerbeek est très bien relié par les transports en commun, l'Intermarché au pied de l'immeuble est hyper pratique et l'environnement à proximité du parc Josaphat et de l'avenue Louis Bertrand est super agréable. Une bouilloire et une deuxième clé seraient parfaits. Nous reviendrons volontiers. Bruxelles est une ville magnifique, un vrai coup de coeur pour nous. Et l'appartement de Daniel y a contribué. "Description of apartment omits that it is accessible by a lift which is excellent as the apartment is on the top floor. Location wise, it is somewhat remote from the centre of Brussels being near the end of the pre-metro tram No. 39. It is well located and convenient from the airport with public transport because you can take a 34 min ride on the 830 bus to the bus-stop Ter Meeren which is only a 2 min walk from the address. You are a 15 min walk from a Delhaize supermarket but a long way from a...

"Séjour très agréable, Rob est un hôte très agréable et il a des talents de cuisiner qui faut impérativement tester dans le restaurant dont il est le chef qui se trouve au rdc. Parfois on aimerait garder les bonnes adresses pour soi mais Rob mérite vraiment d’être connu. J’aurai voulu pouvoir goûter tout ce qui est à la carte mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois.
