Amazing experience. Great food. Very nice and service focused receptionist. We got a great room with view to the city. From the breakfast area we could see the street food area that we will visit next time. Parking was hard to find and the signs were confusion and exit/entry hard to locate.

Comwell Aarhus has friendly staff and offers good value for money. We were unlucky not to find any available parking spot in the reserved area for Comwell and breakfast served in provisional area as the breakfast restaurant was closed - otherwise ok experience.

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Try another hotel
Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing, given the price of 22€ per person: 2 types of breads, no omelette making (was in 2022), small selection of bread toppings. The room has seen its best times long before. The climate cannot be controlled other than increasing/decreasing the temperature. No switching off or change of intensity. The staff was very kind and always helpful! Good to know: at the moment (June 2024) there's a big construction site directly next to the hotel. Starting from early morning guests might hear construction noises.

Træls oplevelse
Kommer til en hurtig overnatning, og må sige vi var skuffede. Sov egentlig okay i sengen men en eller anden dum kant rundt om sengen gav en tur til lægevagten, madrasser rykker fra hinanden som gør man så lige kunne kigge ned og det syn var ikke rart(se billede) vingummi gammelt papir osv.. der var kun et badehåndklæde og 2 meget små.

Bare vildt godt!
Hotellet har verdens sødeste og mest imødekommende og behjælpelige receptionister. PVi følte os hjemme med det samme og hele tiden. Alt kunne fikses, værelset var cool, og morgenmaden var fantastisk. Og det samme er beliggenheden og udsigten!
