"Would have been a nice stay if it had not have been for continual power cuts from 8pm previous evening. Woke up to freezing conditions and we all felt unwell because of it, due to disability that can be affected by the cold. we had to check out 2 days early. We agreed a reimbursement for the rest of our stay, unfortunately we were refunded less than what was agreed! Communication from accommodation was poor as sent messages before hand with no response.
