The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house with separate entrance. It was completely renovated in October 2018 and is available to guests since November 2018 as a holiday home. The bright, friendly apartment invites you to relax and unwind. You live in a traffic-calmed zone with adjacent water protection area. Immediately behind the house, nature welcomes you with fields, meadows, paddocks. The forest of Aachen can be reached in about 15 minutes.

You live on 106sqm, which is divided into bedroom with double bed (180x200), guest room with sofa bed (140x200) for two persons, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and separate guest toilet. The living room and bedroom each have a balcony. Enough storage space offers the large wardrobe in the bedroom.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Grand appartement calme, confortable,décoré avec goût plus grands balcons et parking ,idéalement situé, proche de la forêt pour des randonnées et à 20 mn à pied du centre ville historique . Seule petite faiblesse : une literie un peu molle .
