The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping...
