There are lots of good restaurants in walkable distance and a laundromat nearby. The metro was also a short walk away also. The rooms were cleaned daily. We booked the junior suite which worked perfectly for a family of 3."

"The location could not be better. Walking distance to Paris attractions, and the RER train, which takes you to the CGD airport. Surrounded by great restaurants and across the street to beautiful Luxembourg park. Room was very comfortable and well priced, a bit small but that is not unusual for Paris. I highly recommend for business or tourism. I was there on business but when I will be going for pleasure, this hotel will be on the top of my list."

"This is a charming hotel! Be prepared to climb stairs, as I didn’t notice an elevator, but the incredible views and central location near restaurants and historic sites make it well worth it. The breakfast is simple yet fresh, and the view from the dining area adds to the experience. The staff was very helpful in storing our bags after checkout so we could continue sightseeing. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely recommend it!"

"Great location, right near two metro stops and plenty of restaurants near by. Area Didn’t feel as touristy, which I liked. Staff were super nice and helpful. There is an elevator. They offer snacks and coffee in the afternoons, which is a nice added bonus. They also have umbrellas available (it rained the whole time we were there). The maids were very responsive and did a great job. The room is a little tight with minimal closet space but I liked the set up with little cubbies and chargers next to each side of the bed. Bathroom shower was nice and there were some shelving available to place your things. Would def recommend. "

"The hotel is small but wonderfully staffed with a helpful bilingual front desk with genuine smiles! The morning buffet was delicious and the variety of croissants spoiled us. We asked for 2 beds which was tight, but was able to rearrange the room to make it work. The newly renovated hotel (2yrs ago) had great bathrooms with overscaled, colored tiles - great design eye;.). All in all, a terrific choice!"

"My wife and I found French Theory when we needed a place to stay for one night. We will definitely be back -- what a great place! Fantastic staff, comfy rooms, and a great cafe (and cool gifts)! We went back for a last coffee just before I flew out. If you need a place near the Sorbonne or the Luxembourg Gardens this one is wonderful."
