Truly great service. The location was fanaticw, waking distance to lots of shops and great restaurants. Plenty to choose from fir whatever your taste. Close enough to walk to the train station if you dont have heavy luggage. But just a 10 min walk. Very safe and beautiful surroundings. I have stayed...

"Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place."

"We had planned to stay four nights but left after two because of lousy service and bad location. We had paid more than $1,000 in advance to stay at this place and thought it would not be too much to ask to have coffee brought up to the room in the morning (since there was no coffee maker). One of the very young women who seemed to be running the place said she would bring it at 7 a.m. but never did. My husband went down to ask about it at 7:30 but the young woman said she was "busy."
