"Beautiful property and location. Short < 5 minute walk to the harbor, Market and dozens of bars/restaurants. I t is on a short, but steep hill so be prepared. Check-in was personalized and we were offered sparkling water, which was nice- but did not get any information about the hotel ( when /where is breakfast, fitness room, room service availability, etc). Many tours begin at 7-720 am, but breakfast in the hotel begins at 7 am so we had to skip breakfast on 2 days. The weekend buffet...

It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers.
