"My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. "The design of the guest rooms was impeccable. So many well thought of details that I appreciated. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations. They were also very responsive and helpful via email prior to our arrival. The restaurant food was average but there are many amazing restaurants within a block of the hotel to dine in. "I had a wonderful time, they brought to my service immediately. Within minutes I had all requests, it is a 10-15 minute drive to eiffel tower and Arc. There is no traffic there so amazing compared to other hotels with so many cars running through. Definitely worth staying, I got the duplex room which was big and spacious. "
