"We were originally booked for 2 nights and extended it to 4. The hotel and Opatija were perfect for taking it easy and enjoying nature. The hotel is everything that the photographs depict. Having breakfast on our private terrace was to die for! The staff is friendly and efficient. One day we rented a car and drove to Motovun in the Istria Peninsula which was very enjoyable. Driving in that area was easy."

"Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. Only bad thing was that the Blackout curtains did not go all the way to the end of the window, so sunlight came into the room. Temperature was also a bit uneven for the room. "

"Major construction of a hotel close by. Noise 7a to 5p. Could not enjoy the beautiful view from the room due to the pounding and the banging. Place is very tired. 2.25 miles, 50 minute walk to city center. Host was very nice, outgoing. Would not recommend. "

"To expensive stay compared with the hotel conditions. High price is probably because of the hotel locations. First and last time that I chose to sleep there."

"Manager was absent we arrived at resort. Instead of the way was very narrow and difficult . So we must look for another hotel."
