"The first night wasn’t in a good room, second night they upgraded me to a better category but garden view, the hotel was newly refurbished I think but reception and breakfast hall wasn’t, customer service at the hotel was excellent , the weather was beautiful. "Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks."
