"The property was amazing but we had one night with out any air conditioning and had to follow up multiple times to get it fixed. Till the last day it was not cooling properly. I feel if you pay so much, and come for a special occasion you should be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Other hotels would usually comp something or the other but there was no adjustment made. "

"The property is very nice, the pool is superb however they close it very early at 7 pm but I understand they may want to prevent noise for the tenants facing the pool. The staff in general was nice, but a few were a little annoyed by questions. You need a car I will not walk outside the property since it is a main road. "We stayed a week at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room and other facilities and breakfast buffet were brilliant. What could improve a longer stay (like ours) is more food options for the evening (more casual dining options too), clearer roles for staff serving in the restaurant (some confusion there), and a heated outside spa pool. Other than that - really great!"
