"Room itself was lovely, as were the grounds and access to coastal walk. Food offering was overpriced and pretty average for the cost - would recommend eating outside of the resort, but this shouldn’t detract from the stay - it is a lovely resort. "

"Outstanding property, great location with 180 degree sea views. Comfortable good size rooms, high quality linens. Modern, very clean, good facilities (pools fitness room etc). Food is excellent (quality, choice and plentiful) both for breakfast and dinner. Best staff we have ever encountered - from the cleaners to servers, to front desk and entertainment staff, they all went out of their way to communicate, be helpful and make sure they could do everything to make your stay the best...

"Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property."

"This is our second stay at White Shell. The units are spacious and well equipped but there is a pet fee which is per night (25€) rather than a flat cleaning fee. This can add up quite quickly if you are hoping to stay for more than a few days - which we found unusual for an aparthotel. This one of the reasons we will not return. "The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. "To positives; Nice grounds, I was there in winter so place was relatively dead, not many restaurants open etc. But it was nice to walk to 2 beaches very close buy. Nice morning buffett THe negative: This is supposed to be a non smoking in the rooms hotel(not sure how well this was enforced) but apparently allowed to smoke on balconies. "We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!"

"We enjoyed a four night break here, the property was very clean, the maid came in everyday, the overall experience of the accommodation was great, unfortunately the weather was not kind and we didn’t get chance to use the pool but this again look clean and well kept grounds "
