We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful. "Great location. Had a huge room, was very nicely done, nice breakfast. Parking is 10 euro. Only complaint is pool is not part of hotel and if you want to use it is very expensive. So why have photos and promote having a pool? And why email me aaying i have access to pool, I dont!"
