My only “complaint” was that I arrived very late, was jet lagged and hungry, checked into my room, and read the folder provided that said room service as available 24/7, so had a shower, washed my hair first before ordering. Picked up the phone to order around 23:20 to be told it’s no longer available and I would need to use an app such as bolt food to order. This was a little frustrating to me as otherwise I would have ordered earlier. So they should update their folders in the rooms. But other than that? It was a lovely stay! "
