Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made my experience truly memorable. The hotel's location right on the seafront was breath taking, and the jetty with its comfortable loungers and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation. I especially appreciated the option for a late checkout, which allowed me to make the most of my time there. Originally planning to stay for just one week, I was so happy with the hotel that I extended my stay to two weeks. The food served was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. In terms of suggestions for improvement, given the hotel's five-star rating, I believe linen tablecloths and napkins would add an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it appeared a bit worn and could benefit from some updates. On the topic of sustainability, I urge the hotel to consider replacing the 33 cl bottled water with water fountains. The excessive use of plastic bottles is concerning from an environmental standpoint and takes from the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel. Overall, my experience at The Elegance Hotel was exceptional, and I would gladly return in the future. Kudos to the entire team for their efforts in creating such a wonderful environment for guests. "
