"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. "I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika. "

"We were able to check in early on day of arrival. We had a double superior room with a wraparound balcony, which had a fabulous view of the valley both directions. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower, room was very clean with remote control operated blinds on outside to shade it from the sun. Breakfast looked superb but didnt eat there on this occasion. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we hope to return in the future."
