"Efficient, friendly and very helpful staff. Centrally located to many tourist sites, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast in the 8th floor restaurant was not only delicious with a wide variety of options but offered a great view as well as an outdoor dining option. Our room, while spacious, was in need of some renovation…furniture was quite worn and bed was very soft and did not provide support. In addition, our courtyard facing room was very noisy. "I came to Athens Greece for the first time to celebrate my Mom's 75th birthday! My Mom and I loved everything about our stay at The Pinnacle hotel. The entire staff was super friendly and very attentive. Whatever question or concern I had was handled immediately or as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and delicious and the friendly staff made it a great way to start our day everyday. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and the evening restaurant staff was friendly as well. The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant rooftop in the evening was gorgeous - that is a million dollar view and one of the reasons why we chose to stay at The Pinnacle. The hotel itself is a very cute and quaint boutique-style hotel and is conveniently central to everything. Our room was very clean when we first arrived and was kept very clean everyday during our stay. Check-in time is usually 3pm, but the manager was very kind to make sure our room was ready when we arrived early at 1pm which we were appreciative for after a 10 hour non-stop flight from NY. The hotel concierge provided sightseeing suggestions and excellent directions to the metro, local restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel concierge also arranged car transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient for my Mom and I and was one less thing we had to worry about. We loved our stay at The Pinnacle and plan to come back in June with our niece!"
