It is a 15 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux however if you plan to visit wineries and are driving yourself, this is a wonderful option as you can park your car here which isn’t an option at the hotels in the centre de ville. 5-star experience. "If you are looking for a charming hotel, in a very quiet area. This is the place. A beautiful house, friendly and helpful staff. But if you are looking for a 5-star hotel, what means luxury category, this is not the place. I would consider a Superior category hotel, however, not a 5-star one"

"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! "
