"This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly...

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained.
