"We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room in the wing by the Restaurant. Parking was arranged and a car charge with no fuss. Room was airy and gave a good view over the Estuary. Breakfast was in the main house and was an excellent spread. All the staff were very helpful. We did not use the spa as it was currently under renovation. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"
