"Hotel was really very good. Location is also good right on the slope. Staff were very friendly. Only takeback was the shuttle service they offered. It was very slow and not punctual. After 10 pm, they have only 1 driver which could be very problematic to return back from a restaurant. We waited nearly 1 hour once."

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"
