"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. No noise etc. Cocktails in the bar were amazing and the waiters were just fabulous. We didnt eat at the restaurant as unfortunately they dont support the welfare of animals 😔 it was a huge let...

"Perfect location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar at night which were lovely. Our room was fantastic and the sunken bathtub was a great addition. We didnt eat at the restaurant as the menu was limited and I dont eat Veal as I believe it's unnecessary to kill cattle so young. "

"The hotel is an excellent condition and the room is in very good shape also. We appreciated the bathtub, and amenity less and less common in hotels these days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful hotel, reminder us of a cruise ship the decor. Huge rooms great staff The only weird thing is that you are in the most beautiful setting in this castle like hotel and then they have a casino in the parking lot Doesn’t really match the vibe of the town and hotel. "
