Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

"Beautiful little boutique hotel. Very clean, 2 mins walking to the beach, restaurants, and old city. Staff is always very polite and friendly. We had a very nice two week stay here and will come back again. "

"Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer. "

"Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "

"We did not stay at the Royal Tanau as it was closing for season end, but we were relocated to the Eurostar La Pleta, which was amazing overall. Very nice service, every detail very well looked after. Smooth van service to the ski lift"
