"Incredible room with view of the castle. The restaurant on site was SO good! The best mulled wine we had on our trip too! This hotel had so many extra thought and detail that made our trip even better. They included a robe for our toddler to wear during the stay and baby toiletries. Was an excellent experience. "

"First class experience all around. Was able to check in early and the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. On day of departure I left early and the even packed a breakfast to eat on the train back to Prague. An extra bonus - Christmas market was right outside during my entire stay. "I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room. The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside)...
