"I booked 2 rooms and it was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the mall and Paskal market, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast was below 5-star standard compared to the other 5-star hotels I have been to in Bandung. The selections and taste were not as good as the others, which surprised me because it's a Hilton hotel."

"Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. "

Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. How ever the manager and the staff very helpful to result this problem and they move us to new room is fantastic. Thank you so much all. We will be back to stay again. Best hotel and staff ever.
