"Before I booked the rooms at this hotel, I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the noise from the airplanes, and also the room condition because i heard the rooms were outdated. Well, I was glad that I had no issue with the noise and slept well. Rooms were outdated but they were well maintained and clean. I visited several youtube famous local restaurants and was very disappointed. They were not that great. I found the food at the hotel to be the best in Jeju. Food at the hotel is pricy...

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...

"The property is magnificent. It’s beautifully designed and maintained. The theme is tranquility and restfulness I think. Unfortunately the property was overrun by families with small children. While children are very cute , we did not sign up for a family resort. The dining room was short staffed. They didn’t provide 5 star service you’d expect. Hotel is beautiful but need to improve on services. "
