Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. "Everything was great except for the last night. The electrical system malfunctioned and the lights in the bedroom woul turn on and off every 15 minutes. The night clerk tried to help to no avail. He finally suggested I remove the room key from the socket so that all the power would be out. That solved the problem with the lights. However, I use a CPAP machine for my apnea. The pool needs a good clean and surroundings as well it’s just little things but it shouldn’t be there in 5star hotel. The staff in Pink cricket restaurant and pool are are not the best.
