"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and both times were amazing. This hotel has proved to be consistently one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It is extremely comfortable, clean, updated, and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The location is also perfectly centralized to most things in Ljubljana. I can not recommend this hotel enough. "

"Friendly staff especially Misa (there were 2) They hooked us up short notice for private driver to Lake Bled, and it was on All Saints Day holiday. Only negatives.... the slipperest shower i have EVER witnessed. And 2) felt so dirty for bar tender Friday night. He was the ONLY staff there and there must have been 40 people sitting eating and drinking. He took orders waited, made drinks and took money. "Wonderful boutique hotel. Reception staff were discreet but very helpful when engaged. Elegant breakfast included. Our suite seemed a little dated with carpeting and older feel but was comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was big and modern. Amazing location as well. I would definitely return but would ensure to get one of the more updated rooms. The estate prosecco and macarons were an elegant touch."

"Lovely hotel located half way between Mirmare Castle and central Trieste, 5 mins from the waterfront, good bus service outside. Very quaint and old fashioned but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. They provide rice crackers at breakfast, as an alternative to bread (useful if you are gluten free) Staff were friendly and helpful. Windows were double glazed in our 2nd floor room, so no problems with traffic noise. Free Wifi was ok for social media etc."
