"This is an outstanding hotel, with great customer service. For example, I said I liked the tea at breakfast - and I then had (without asking) a gift of tea sent to my room by hotel management. Absolutely outstanding! The one minor development is I was there with my 14 year old son. He wasn’t allowed anywhere near the indoor pool. This policy needs a rethink. "

"Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. We both had excellent massages and used the spa area which was decent. Had a really memorable stay, our 2year old...

"Location is very nice. Beautiful beach. Facilities is good. Would like to see the whirlpools both in and out be heated. Same temperature as main pools. The furniture in our suite was sub-par with only one lightbulb for the whole room. It was dark at night with this small floor lamp. The furniture was old and uncomfortable as was the table and chairs. More suited for a beach, not the suite. The only other issue was the hotel signage. There isn’t any on the road leading into the hotel. We arrived...

"Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property."
