Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Large shower room with scales and complimentary shower gel and Shampoo. "

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent . "

"It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"
