The hotel makes up for not being located in the city centre by offering free transport service between the hotel and city centre. "

"The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. Overall and very nice place to stay but not the best value in my opinion. "

"We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "

"On its own, this is a beautiful property with a novel concept. They have made villas in what has a homey feel. But if you don’t take all the rooms in any villa, you may very well find yourself with neighbours in a room within the villa, though they will not be in the space you are occupying. We hade 2 of the 3 rooms in the villa. So we had the living room and kitchen space with our 2 bedrooms and a really nice balcony. But the 3 room in the villa was rented out to others.
