"Apartment style. Dirty and stained sheets. No sleeping pillows. Cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom and a colony of ants in the living room. Breakfast was a fixed menu of stale pastries and frozen/not fresh fruit, no buffet. Overall more of a 2-3 star experience than 5 star. "

Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall.
