We had an issue initially with the AC; it wasn't cooling well, and the hotel claimed to not have any other rooms to accommodate us which was disappointing as there did not seem to be a great number of guests in the hotel itself. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed). "

The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff.
