"My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place"

"Wonderful short stay at the Esplanade Hotel. Very convenient location, just steps from the main train station and still within easy walking distance of principal sights and the metro. Very comfortable room, quiet, with a good bed and strong wifi. Excellent breakfast selection. Grateful for early check-in too. "

"Fantastic hotel, very beautiful and nice spa. The rooms are amazing with very good beds, the service and staff is top class. The only complaint I have is the quality of the breakfast, cheap stuff with low quality, it really doesn't live up to the standards of the hotel. "

"Great hotel, been to Prague a lot, I’d say this was the best value for money hotel. You can walk to local attractions or take the tram/Bolt /uber. Service was excellent, Beny & Daria in the beverages area were superb! "

"Room was very comfortable and quiet. However, 2 mornings there was NO WATER for a couple of hours. Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. However staff and service were wonderful! Very helpful."

"Comfortable hotel - the old town is right outside the door. Bedrooms a good size. The pool and sauna are small but ok. Staff very friendly. The midday checkout is a luxury you rarely get in European hotels these days. "
