"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."
