"Beautiful hotel in a great location next to the Royal Palace and close to the Louvre, but still very quiet and secluded. We booked an executive room for 4 nights which was large with all amenities needed and a lovely view overlooking the Place de Valois. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a great choice of products. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall an exceptional experience, we would love to return. Highly recommend. "

Most of all, the concierge staff were outstanding - from train and airport transfers to restaurant reservations. We look forward to returning."

"One evening, I understand a private party in dining room BUT we were not told it was the case , thought we’d have a nite cap , we were treated so rudely and still not told it was private— very perplexing but that’s ok we just went somewhere else . But that gentleman at bar was totally overwhelmed and rude !"
