"The hotel was beautiful but a bit old…the carpets were stained and some of the molding was crumbling off and one room had a broken lock/latch. The cleaners Askari did not respect my do not disturb sign and I didn’t notice until much later that my change was missing. I did let front desk know re entering even though DND was on the door. The buffet/breakfast was great. The spa was nice but they rescheduled me 3 times. Kristina was amazing! The spa also charged me for the wrong service but called...

We had the opportunity to watch the musical Mary Poppins in the Madach Theater, which was fascinating. The hotel restaurant is of high quality, the staff is professional, the dinner was excellent.
