"Checking in was the major problem. The self check in kiosk wasn’t working when we arrived. No support staff on site and was hard to get hold of them on phone. Then we had to wait for their staff to come and solve the problem of the kiosk. Wasted an hour plus just trying to check in!!! There was no lift Leading up to apartment. Lucky enough, the apartment was clean and comfortable, with enough amenities to cook. No air conditioning. Supermarket Bills was about 5 mins away. Takes about 10-15 mins...
