"This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely little town built around thermal spas. The six of us had three rooms : ours was spacious and lovely. Our friends who had booked a suite were not able to check in until late afternoon since their room was not ready. They were then given a tiny room a few doors down from where they were told they would be. Not off to a good start....
