"I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in here. They even brought us vegan bakes and a cake for my husbands birthday, knowing we are vegan. They just thought of everything, every little detail was incredible. I got food poisoning towards the end of our stay (not from the hotel) and they were so accommodating and let us check out late and have a few extra hours to sleep and rest before our train home. Honestly I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else...

"Wonderful experience at Hotel du Grand Palais. The moment we arrived we were offered champagne and other choices while we checked in. We were also upgraded to a suite. The service was flawless. Everyone was very polite and happy to help. The hotel is updated, clean and comfortable. The location is terrific."
