"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"Absolutely everything about this hotel and stay was perfect - the spa was gorgeous, the staff were incredible and the room was brilliant. EXCEPT that they charged me twice! I told them at checkout that I had already paid through Expedia, but they insisted on charging me again saying the first one was a holding charge. A few days later, both payments have been taken and completed. If I hadn’t double checked I might never have noticed!! "

"We stayed 2 nights as a couple during a long weekend break in the Alsace. This was one of the most enjoyable stay we ever had in Europe. Everything was perfection. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was stylish and modern. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Naturally, the food by acclaimed chef Olivier Nasti was out of this world. "Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place."
